Executive Compensation Asst. Manager (Temp)

The Executive Compensation Asst. Manager will partner in the execution and administration of Executive Compensation programs. This position reports to and partners with Global Compensation Team to develop and design of compensation processes and initiatives including Executive Compensation programs, benchmarking/market intelligence, and compensation committee governance and support. The role will also work closely with various internal stakeholders, external client and partner organizations to support the administration and reporting of Coty’s equity programs. In addition, the ideal candidate will support work to enhance and further develop equity program policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
This role will:
Partner with the VP, Global & Executive Compensation to administer Coty’s Long Term Incentive plan including liaising with Coty’s third party stock administrator, tax advisor, legal, treasury, accounting and HR/local payroll teams.
Assist with the filing of Security and Exchange Commission documents and requirements.
Ensure Executive Compensation databases are accurate and up to date.
Actively participates in the preparation and delivery of compensation presentations to equity grantees as well as HR/Payroll partners.
Partner with Coty’s HRIS and Global Compensation team to ensure seamless and accurate employee data flow.
Liaise with local payroll, tax advisor and corporate accounting teams to ensure proper withholding and recording of global equity transactions.
Assist with the completion of surveys and creation of reports and analysis of compensation data from third-party survey vendors.
Be responsible for equity compensation analytics, tools, systems, reporting and processes that support annual equity awards and "off-cycle" equity awards.
Contribute to the creation and development of brochures/educational material to support internal communication initiatives in a creative, first class fashion.
May occasionally partner with Global Compensation team on certain compensation projects related to market pricing, job grade structuring and year end process support.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or similar certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive compensation experience or related financial experience with a passion for Human Capital and Total Rewards
Direct work experience with equity administration along with Executive compensation analysis & administration.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
A successful candidate will have a strong customer/client service orientation and excellent communication skills in particular with global, top level executives.
Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results individually and working in a team-oriented environment to meet established deadlines and exceed expectations.
