JOB TITLE: Intern, Global HRIS

DURATION: 6-month Internship (Full-time)

Coty is offering a 6-month Internship to support our Human Resources department.

The Global HRIS Intern will work with the Global HR community to support annual processes, data maintenance, and reporting.

  • Organizational structure and HR processes

  • SAP Success Factor

  • HRIS Data Management, analytics and reporting

  • Data Collection, Manipulation, and Analysis

  • Own special projects, as needed

  • Attend team and department meetings to ensure knowledge, good communication, and adherence to timetables

  • Interface with all internal support groups, as needed

  • Administrative responsibilities, as needed


  • Working towards bachelor/graduate degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, or a recent graduate

  • Previous internship and/or related experience, FMCG or CPG Industry preferred

  • Mastery in Microsoft Office applications – particularly in Microsoft Excel

  • Exposure to data management, analytics & reporting, and file upload/download on internet-based applications including but not limited to HRIS or HCM system

  • Customer Service oriented - good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to commit to a full-time work schedule (40 hours a week and during business hours only)
