MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are actively looking for a Strategy and Insights Manager for our US Luxury Business. The is a full time position in the Sales Operation & Business Development Team in the Coty. This role is expected lead several key projects covering Market Intelligence, Customer Strategy and Insights and will report to the Director of Insights at Coty.

Mission Details:

The Strategy & Insights Manager will have to strongly collaborate with various key cross-functional teams, strategizing around all aspects of Marketing Intelligence / Insights including: Market Share, DotCom Performance, Customer Insights, Spending Optimization, Portfolio Strategy while managing top management requests and the day-to-day business needs.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyzing data to support competitive and market

  • Providing support for Business Review updates for the organization

  • Provide analysis and insight to drive recommendations against key business drivers

  • Helping prepare presentation for key customer meetings

  • Support in analyzing reviewing Marketing ROI for specific campaigns

  • Customer Loyalty data, industry portals – to identify key opportunities for the business

  • Vendor Management support

Key Competencies:

  • Strong Data and Analytics background

  • Leverage relevant analytical tools from various sources including NPD Decision Keys

  • Experience in working panel providers e.g. Nielsen / NPD / Euromonitor / Mintel / CRM

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong project management/ability to multi-task

  • High computer literacy: Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced), Word

  • Ability to work under tight deadline with limited guidance

  • Must be self-motivated, possess decision-making abilities, and require little supervision

  • Expertise in prestige/luxury beauty brands a plus

Education / experience

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in marketing or market research or data analytics

  • Minimum Undergraduate in Business / Math
