Reporting to Global Business Services Sourcing Lead, the job holder is responsible for developing and implementing Professional Services strategy to optimize Coty’s external spend and to meet Coty’s current and future needs on : Consulting & Contractors, Financial Services, Business Process Outsourcing and Translation. Annual Spend : $350MKey Areas of Responsibility Include:

  • Category Strategy - Design, implement and improve sourcing strategy for the different categories in scope. Deliver value for money in accordance with procurement strategy and business plans. Drive category towards continuous improvement based on knowledge of industry best practices in sourcing.

  • Sourcing Project Execution – Drive RFI/RFQ to select, engage, and manage supply base for the categories in responsibility.

  • Contract management – Work in collaboration with Legal partner to execute professional services agreements.

  • Business Relationship Management - Develop strong relationships with global and in-country stakeholders & local procurement. Able to assess stakeholders’ needs and recommend optimal sourcing solution.

  • Supplier Relationship Management – Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement plans.

  • Financial Reporting – Track & Monitor savings initiatives in collaboration with Finance business partner.

  • Process & Policy compliance – Promote and Support the implementation and the compliance to professional services processes and policies.

  • Procurement Transformation – Support evolution of Coty’s procurement function from tactical to strategic.


  • BA or equivalent in business or a technical discipline

  • Master’s Degree in procurement desirable

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Procurement or Consulting

  • Knowledge of SAP, Ariba would be a plus

  • Languages : English & French

  • Autonomy & Agility to manage multiple initiatives in parallel

  • Adaptable & Experience in working in an international environment

  • Business acumen & results oriented.

  • Solid written and oral communication skills.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills.

  • Track record of successful change management in a complex organization.
