Coty Inc Learning & Talent Development Manager in Paris, France


Contributes to the performance and to the sustainable vision, by the development of individuals, teams and organizations through the appropriate learning & performance solutions. Coordinates the global programs and local deployment of learning, develops policies and learning methodologies/expertise to assure that global learning provides value to the business and to HR.

  • Management of 1 person in charge of Talent Attraction part


  1. Learning & Development
  • Training Plan Lead for France

  • Yearly training plan design regarding business priorities: needs collection, training offer recommendation and budget forecast

  • Training plan communication: Work Councils, top management, direct managers, HR Business Partners

  • Training plan implementation: budget follow up, sessions scheduling, administrative support (OPCA collaboration)

  • Local training catalogue development and implementation: new local program, personalized programs on special needs (team session, etc)

  • Learning Champion

  • Local implementation for global talent management processes and initiatives:

Ex: global performance assessment process, global learning & development initiatives: Coty Academy

  • Project management: values implementation, Safety Principles training…

  • SPOC for Monaco and Chartres Plants on global process

  • Local Induction lead

  • Induction session deployment: support creation and optimization, induction days deployment and follow up

  • Local Employee Engagement program lead

  • Lunch & Learn plan and implementation

  • Employee Engagement Survey results analysis for Paris population, action plan construction and follow up.

  • Talent attraction for students target,

  • Campus actions: forum, Talents’ Days

  • Training levy distribution

  • Internship and apprenticeship recruitment

  • Interns management from A to Z: administrative management, integration, induction, until the intern’s exit


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR

  • HR Degree

  • Excellent organizational capabilities and analytical skills

  • Teamwork and collaboration approach

  • Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Excellent competency in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Fluent in English
