ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

  • Together with Global Marketing, manage commercial relationship and define Brand A&CP model at Global Level.

  • Monitor and Analyze market trends, research consumer markets, competitors’ activities, our brand positioning, to identify opportunities and key issues, including researches and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified,

  • Take Brand ownership, provides the vision, mission, and goals,

  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies,

  • Define product strategies, road maps, and develop mid-term plan and financial analyses.

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Make recommendations for senior management based on learnings to keep on optimizing

  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy, including approval of local adaptations of global assets

  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions and anticipate bottlenecks

Secondary Responsibilities (as Contributor):

  • Development of launch & activation package and ensure timely readiness

  • Adapt concept sells for every initiatives for local retailers

  • Build global assortment (mandatory shades, minimum and maximum assortment) per type of retail/channel to maximize C1

  • Approve local media plan (Luxury specific) Note 1: Development of media plan is local responsibility, as is budget sign off

  • Define global promotions guidelines (including TPR guidelines/promotional level - giftsets) by brand, by market and approve local promotion mechanisms (Giftsets, GWP…)

ROLE REQUIREMENTS: THE COTY IDEAL FIT

  • Bachelor Degree with equivalent brand marketing experience

  • Fluent English

  • 5 years’ experience in similar or marketing role. 3 years Skincare experience in selective brands mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of Beauty products categories is preferred.
